At the Marina Grog and Galley we hand select only the finest dry aged USDA Prime Grade Steaks available. USDA Prime is the benchmark by which all beef is judged and makes up less than 4% of the total beef produced in the United States.

We offer many different mouth watering selections, from our famous Jack's Kansas City Strip, a center cut dry aged strip cooked over mesquite charcoal and served with a sweet glaze, to our Bone-in Filet, our unique, bone-in cut, dry aged filet seasoned and grilled to order; it’s a new twist to a classic steak.
