The Opakapaka is highly prized and is often served raw as Sashimi. The Marina's version is pan seared, and crusted in a toasted macadamina nut-garlic rub. Each week we provide a different fish from Hawaii. We fly in varieties such from the well known Kajiki Blue Marlin to the more exotic Monchong, a fish that can only be found in Hawaii. You won't get a tan, but you are sure to feel like you have been whisked away to the Islands of Aloha. |
